Booking conditions – Training
Registration
Registrations can be made by e-mail or by telephone on +49 331 281 282 30 and are binding. Registrations by telephone will be reconfirmed in writing by both parties.
Number of participants
The number of participants is limited. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. Participation in the seminar requires official booking and confirmation by the organiser. The course fee will be invoiced after the event and must be paid in full.
Cancellation
The organiser reserves the right to cancel the seminar if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In this case, the registered person(s) will be refunded the invoice amount already paid. The location, content and schedule of the programme may be changed while maintaining the overall character.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to certain restrictions: Up to 45 days before the start of the course, 100% of the participation fee will be refunded. Up to 30 days before the start of the course, 80% of the participation fee will be refunded. From 30 days before the start of the course, cancellation is no longer possible, therefore the participation fee is due in full. It is possible to provide a substitute participant, in which case you will not incur any further cancellation costs. A prerequisite for the (partial) refund is that no service in the form of the self-learning phase (“Rise course”) has yet been claimed.
Rebooking
Changes of booking to another date must be made in writing and are subject to certain restrictions: Rebookings up to 45 days before the start of the course are free of charge. Up to 30 days before the start of the course a rebooking fee of 15% will be charged, from 30 days before the start of the course a rebooking fee of 20% will be charged on the course price.
