When do I have access to my purchased subscription?

After submitting your order, it will be checked by us. As an official German-speaking partner of Articulate & VYOND, we will process your order immediately after successful verification. Should you have any questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@tictaclearn.net.

How long is the subscription period?

The term of a licence (for both VYOND Professional and Articulate 360), is 12 months from the date of provision of the licence. The account is automatically renewed for another year if not cancelled in time. The notice period is 90 days to the end of the term.

 
Are monthly subscriptions possible?

Articulate 360, Articulate Storyline 3 and VYOND Professional are only available as annual subscriptions.

 
I need an invoice for my order. When will I receive it?

After checking your order, an invoice will be generated. You will then receive this in digital form to the e-mail address you provided.

 
I ordered a subscription but did not receive any further information afterwards. What do I have to do?

Please check your SPAM folder to see if an email has arrived there. You should receive a confirmation from us directly after the purchase. If not: Please write to us at shop@interlake.net, quoting the order number you received when you completed your purchase.

 
I am already a customer and would like to purchase another licence.

Please write an e-mail to info@tictaclearn.net stating your customer number.

 
I would like to buy the subscription for another person, is that possible?

When you purchase an Articulate 360 Teams subscription, you are automatically the account owner and administrator for the team. If you are purchasing on behalf of someone else, you can leave us full details of the user in a text box during the purchase process so that the licence is delivered to the correct person.

 
How do I purchase more than one licence for the subscription of a product?

I am having problems downloading the Articulate components. Who can I contact?

You can start using your Articulate 360 licence without the need for a download. The Articulate 360 Desktop App is your ubiquitous control centre for all resources included in your subscription. Please first check that you meet all the system requirements. You can find all the requirements listed at the following link: Articulate 360 Desktop App System Requirements.

Can I test Articulate 360 without obligation before buying?

I would like to test VYOND without obligation before buying, how can I do that?

How can I cancel my Articulate licence?

You can cancel your licence up to 90 days before it expires. To do so, please send an email to shop@interlake.net

What happens to my content when I cancel my subscription?

The good news: your content is not lost. Depending on the format and content, it is as follows: Online content (Review, Rise) is bound to the Articulate ID for up to 6 months and consequently saved.

Storyline files must be saved locally by the user and could be accessed and edited again when a new licence is purchased.

Contents that have already been exported will, of course, remain self-explanatory.

We are an educational institution. Are there special conditions for an Articulate licence?

For state universities, schools as well as educational institutions, Articulate offers a discount for the purchase of Articulate 360 teams subscription. Please contact us at info@tictaclearn.net.

The subscription price has changed slightly since last month. How can that be?

The price is subject to a monthly adjustment to the currently valid dollar-euro exchange rate.

I would like to upgrade my existing subscription to Storyline 3. Can I also do this via the shop?

Please email us at info@tictaclearn.net quoting your Articulate ID / customer number.

If you have purchased a PMP membership as part of your Articulate Storyline 3 subscription, you may be entitled to an upgrade as part of your PMP membership. Claiming the discount thereby satisfies the entitlement to the PMP upgrade.
